ESPECIALLY HIGH-QUALITY SURFACES
With modern electroplating technique, we lay the foundation for the corrosion resistance and guarantee an exceptionally high durability of our frame. Electrostatic powder coating ensures high scratch resistance. We attach particular importance to high environmental compatibility. The use of single-origin materials, clear material identification as well as the monitoring at each and every stage of the process guarantee compliance with our environmental standards.
TEST TRACKS & CRASH TESTS
All wheelchairs are extensively tested on a test track. A wheelchair is only released for delivery after successful completion of the internal quality audits. In addition, crash tests are regularly performed on new models to check the resilience of our wheelchairs. Findings from possible deformations are used to optimize a design permanently.
MEYRA ENDURANCE TEST
MEYRA tests beyond the standard of legal standards. Our quality management system is certified in accordance with DIN EN ISO 13485:2012. The requirements of the standards are tested annually and confirmed by a test report. In addition, we carry out stress and reliability tests with increased stress beyond the statutory standard. This is unique and ensures adherence to our high quality demands on our wheelchairs.
