A DAY OUT IN THE COUNTRY WITH ELENA
With her brilliant smile and engaging charisma, Elena wins everybody’s hearts. But her story shows how quickly a normal life can suddenly change from the ground up. Following a fracture of her left leg, she developed Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS) and is in constant pain ever since. To this day, countless therapies and treatments brought no relief. She uses a wheelchair to keep the load off her leg as much as possible. This does not keep Elena from being active: Yoga, relaxation and creativity are her tools for re-charging her batteries.
In particular, nature is a source of energy for her, and she enjoys her excursions into the country that help her unwind. Her indispensable companion is the NANO X - MEYRA’s latest folding active wheelchair.
