MEYRA Group acquires majority stake in Eyemind ApS

KALLDORF/KALLETAL – September 3rd, 2024 - MEYRA Group, a leading provider of innovative mobility and rehabilitation products that convey joy of life and mobility to end users and their families, is pleased to announce that, on September 3rd, 2024, it acquired the majority shares in Eyemind ApS.

Eyemind ApS, founded in 2015, develops and assembles highly innovative special controls, especially for the electric mobility sector. GazeDriver, their technological and innovative high-quality eye control solution, provides a step-change for electric wheelchair users to move independently.

The global market introduction will take place at Europe’s leading trade fair for mobility and rehabilitation products, the Rehacare in Düsseldorf end of September 2024.

The parties have agreed not to disclose further details of the transaction.
